A bit about Design Bytes …
Design Bytes is part of Jimmsdesign, which is a professional showcase for my design career for the past 15+ years. Over these years of my career, I have had the opportunity to work with physical products, board games, websites, and digital content. This blog is here to help, inform, and show you the details and processes of my projects.
Design Credentials
I am Designer & Developer with over 15 years of commercial full-time experience working in design for retail and online. I have had the privilege of working with large high-street retailers inside and outside of the UK. Projects have ranged from product design, pitches, proof of concept and online design (Digital Design).
In addition to all those years of experience in a commercial design setting. I have an HND in Graphic Design, A Degree in Multi-media design and Digital animation.
Before my University/college courses, I undertook an ND ( National Diploma ) at Plymouth College of Art & Design, specialising in Graphic design.
And I am also taking part in new courses and workshops – such as Figma. I have also enrolled as a student of Income School.

Design Bytes is hear to teach, inform, and discuss projects to do with graphic design, products, and website design and gaming! This is based on past experience and knowledge, focusing on all the design and visual design aspects of commercial creativity.
Development Design
Design Bytes also discusses all important stages of front-end web development design – I have many years of experience in creating websites that have served to sell a product or a service.
